To get the most out of coaching I suggest you dedicate 2-3 hours per session to the outline projects and practices.
You can do more or less however, a minimum of 3 hours per session is going to the most beneficial.

Absolutely not, this intensive is not a substitute for mental health or psychological support. If you are working with mental illness or disturbance it is your responsibility to seek appropriate treatment.
