  • We will book your sessions according to times that work for you, these are flexible to your personal needs.

  • A genuine desire and willingness to show up for yourself and your future.

  • To get the most out of coaching I suggest you dedicate 2-3 hours per session to the outline projects and practices.

    You can do more or less however, a minimum of 3 hours per session is going to the most beneficial.

  • All information is given to you in a simple, easy to digest way so all questions and levels are welcome!

  • Absolutely not, this intensive is not a substitute for mental health or psychological support. If you are working with mental illness or disturbance it is your responsibility to seek appropriate treatment.
