Terms & Conditions

Our Coaching does not include:

(a) business coaching and/or support conducted on-site or in-person;

(b) psychological advice, mental health advice, counselling, relationship advice or any other form

of professional or therapeutic guidance. We are not qualified to provide such advice and

client seeking support in these areas during the Program should consult with an

appropriately licenced professional;

described in the Program Description and Coaching Support Parameters above.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including copyright) developed, adapted, modified or created by us or

our Team (including in connection with this Agreement or the provision of the Program) will at all

times remain in our ownership and you agree not to provide our materials or copies of our resources

to third parties.

Confidentiality

(a) Both parties will (and will ensure their respective Teams) keep confidential, and not use or

permit any unauthorised use of, any Confidential Information without the prior written

consent of the other party, except as permitted in clause (b) below and/or where the

disclosure is required by law.

(b) You acknowledge and agree that we may use and disclose insights, behaviours, and

non-identifiable details from our Live Coaching Sessions for educational, training,

marketing and/or or professional development purposes. Any examples shared will be

de-identified (anonymised) in order protect your identity and your business. If you do not

wish to consent to this, you must provide notice to us in writing prior to the

Commencement of the Program.

Disclaimer

In engaging us for our Program and to be your business coach, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) while we do our best to provide you with clear action steps and implementation plans

as suited to your needs and the requirements of your business, as this is a business

coaching program, your results will depend on your commitment and energy you put

into taking action and driving your goals. You also acknowledge that other third party

factors, such as the economy, world events and the like can impact consumer behaviour

and we cannot predict the success of your business. We do not guarantee that your

business will grow or make more money as a result of using our Program or accessing

business coaching with us; and

(b) we do not provide legal, accounting, financial, medical or any other types of

professional advice outside of business coaching. If you have an issue or incident that

requires such advice, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified

professional. Where we recommend such professionals these referrals or suggestions

are made to assist you and should you use a professional or another service on our

recommendation, we are not liable for any outcomes of that engagement or any results

or other outcomes of that third party engagement by you.

Refunds

Please note that we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
